Tel:+61 8 9266 1678 cfleay@yahoo.com Caroline has been teaching with the Centre for Human Rights Education since February 2007. She received her doctorate from Curtin University in 2005 and for her final two years of study she was a Visiting Scholar at the University of Kent in Canterbury. Caroline has since been a lecturer in the ethics and human rights programme at the University of Kent and continues to be a visiting lecturer of human rights at the Institut d'Etudes de Politique in Lille, France. Caroline has been involved with a range of community groups providing support and advocating for various human rights issues. Most recently she was involved with Amnesty International advocating for the rights of refugees and asylum seekers in Australia. Caroline's main research areas of interest include human rights practices in Australia, human rights foreign policy, and refugee rights. Publications Caroline's publications include :
