Therese Comodini Cachia has practiced law since her graduation from the University of Malta in 1997. Her main areas of practice are in the field of Constitutional, Administrative and Human Rights Law. She combines private practice with lecturing at the Faculty of Laws where she is a visiting lecturer. She is currently carrying out research on the protection of the individual's fundamental right to property for her MPhil degree, while contributing to a number of other projects related to Human Rights issues.
Therese Comodini Cachia works as chairperson of the organization for the protection of Human Rights where she is in charge of running projects related to promotion, advocacy and training in human rights issues. She has also numerous working experiences which include teaching Human Rights Law in several European universities and legal practice experience in advocacy in the field of international human rights law.
